Evaluation Survey
Since 2006, stakeholders have been working together to collectively build a strategic plan on respiratory health in Canada. The Framework’s development process was designed to include a wide range of stakeholders representing many communities, perspectives, and areas of expertise through workshops and committees.
Between July and September 2009, Acacia Consulting is reaching out to stakeholders to find out more about this process. The results of the evaluation will guide and strengthen ongoing collaboration and implementation.
As part of our evaluation of the National Lung Health Framework Development Process we are asking participants to complete a short (3 minute) survey of your experiences to date with the creation of the Lung Health Framework.
